MN: Milan announce one change to composition of board of directors – the details

AC Milan have confirmed a change in their board of directors, with one member leaving and having been replaced by another.

As MilanNews reports, the departure of Frank Tuil had been written about for weeks and during the Shareholders’ Meeting on Wednesday afternoon it was confirmed that he has left the board.

His seat has been taken by Massimo Ferrari, who is a Milan fan and is also a non-executive director at Tim, Equita and Cairo Communication, as per his Twitter profile.

The composition of the board now reads as follows…
