MN: Milan could extend loan of Man Utd man – permanent move also possible

By Isak Möller -

Milan brought in Diogo Dalot last summer to strengthen the defence, in need of a full-back that can play on both sides. The Portuguese impressed especially in the second half of the season, but his future is uncertain.

With the Portuguese international returning to Man Utd, at least initially, the Rossoneri will have to find a new full-back. They have identified a few targets but as reported by MilanNews, Dalot is one of them.

The management is convinced by Dalot and his qualities but the situation is also very complicated. Man Utd have slapped a price tag of €15-20m on the full-back and this is considered too much by Milan.

The Rossoneri are waiting to see if there will be an opening, either with regards to extending the loan or lowering the price tag. For now, therefore, Dalot’s future remains very uncertain and the next few weeks should be decisive.
