MN: Milan have ‘a lot of confidence’ in Colombo and plan for future is clear

Lorenzo Colombo has been on fire for SPAL and AC Milan are watching on with delight, pleased with their decision to send him out on loan. In fact, the striker’s success could result in a spot with the first team next season.

The 19-year-old has scored five goals in ten appearances for the Serie B and they have all been very pretty goals. Just two days ago, he scored an absolute stunner as he took his chance on the volley and got loads of power behind the effort.

In short, Colombo has been a huge success for SPAL and as reported by MilanNews, Milan have a lot of confidence in the youngster. That’s why they were so adamant on a dry loan (without an option) in the first place.

Should he continue like this, then Milan would be happy to keep him next season but regardless of this, their stance for the future remains clear: they want to keep him for many years. And you can certainly understand why.
