MN: Milan have terms agreed with Santos striker – Benfica willing to offer more

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have not made an official offer to Santos for Kaio Jorge and face competition from Portugal, according to a report.

MilanNews have provided the latest on the situation surrounding the Brazilian striker, confirming that Milan have an agreement with the player, but have not made an official bid to Santos. Benfica have opened official talks with Santos, but have not made an offer to the player, though they can pay the €6m requested by the Sao Paulo-based club.

Milan are not willing to go above €3m and will not move on their position in this regard, given that the 19-year-old’s contract expires this December and there is no sign that he will sign a renewal, which obviously reduces his asking price.

In any case a young third striker will arrive who is full of potential and can grow alongside both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud, as per the report.
