MN: Milan in search of two reinforcements for the right flank with two departures expected

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are in search of some reinforcements for the right flank ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a report.

MilanNews writes that one of Milan’s main goals ahead of next season will be to improve the right lane, which includes finding a player who can rotate with Davide Calabria, who remains the starter.

Diogo Dalot will not be kept and will return to Manchester United after his loan, so the Rossoneri management are listening to proposals from agents including Danilo D’Ambrosio of Inter, whose deal is about to expire. The club will also use their scouting department to spot some talent in Europe.

The management would also like to improve the right wing spot with some more quality, and Lucas Vazquez is a target but his signing is a problem as the player wants to renew with Real Madrid, but Milan are there if he doesn’t.

Florian Thauvin is no longer a target, while Maldini and Massara will think about other options to give Pioli options with greater international experience in the role of right winger. Samu Castillejo should leave, and he has two or three interesting proposals from Spain that will be carefully evaluated.
