MN: Milan intend to announce four more contract extensions before 2021 ends

By Oliver Fisher -

The Milan management are working hard to try and secure four key renewals before the Christmas break, according to a report.

There is a lot of focus on the January transfer window and the new additions Milan might make to try and bolster the team in their push for a 19th Scudetto, but before the window reopens the management want to try and secure three pillars of the team for the long-term.

According to Franco Ordine’s latest for MilanNews, Milan are working on three ‘really interesting’ contract renewals and they intend to conclude the signing of them by December, before the end of the calendar year.

The trio in question are Theo Hernandez, Ismael Bennacer and Rafael Leao as other sources have reported too. Negotiations are well underway after initial discussions, so progress is being made.

Upon Gazidis’ return from the USA, Pioli’s contract should also be renewed, as an agreement already reached and kept in a drawer precisely at Casa Milan ready for the CEO to be present for the signing.
