MN: Milan lucky to have Rebic in ‘second-half form’ – Pioli can rely on him

By Isak Möller -

Ante Rebic has started this season in a very positive way and in the last two games, he got two and a half assists and one goal. AC Milan and Stefano Pioli can finally rely on him even in the first half of the season.

As highlighted by MilanNews, this comes at a very good time as the Rossoneri are struggling with injuries up front. Both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud are not at 100% and this means Rebic will start against Juventus.

The last two games, as said, have been very promising and we all know what happened last time Rebic played away at Juve. With his movement, and Milan’s slightly different way of playing, the result has been splendid.

The Rebic that we usually see in the second half of the season is now also performing in the first. For Pioli, especially with the current injury struggles, this is indeed very good news and a key to success this season.
