MN: Milan management convinced by Pioli’s excellent work as renewal seems obvious

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli continues to prove himself to be a top level coach and the club are keen to reward him for his work, a report claims.

MilanNews reports how – with yesterday’s victory over Atalanta in Bergamo – Pioli reached 54 victories at the helm of the Rossoneri (a win percentage of 55.67%), out of a total of 97 games played, with 18 defeats and 25 draws.

Pioli is coaching a young core into being potential stars for the future and they are growing in confidence as seen by the six wins in seven league games to begin the current season. The 4-2-3-1 system seems to have been almost perfected, and the team continue to be clinical in attack but also impressive in defence too.

The great merit goes to Pioli who is being supported by the management. If things continue to go well, a renewal of his current deal – which expires in June 2022 – should come soon. Milan are happy with the work done by Pioli and they wish to continue with him.
