MN: Milan will not release their squad list for Roma clash – the reason

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan will face Roma later tonight and due to many absences, it will be a makeshift XI for the Rossoneri. And to make matters even more special, their squad list for the game won’t be released.

A total of five players have tested positive for Covid-19 this week (three new last night) and Ciprian Tatarusanu is the only one that has been named by Milan. The others requested the club to keep their names private.

Therefore, as reported by Anto Vitiello of MilanNews, the Rossoneri won’t release their squad list as they usually would ahead of a game. Of course, it has pretty much already been confirmed who the positive players are.

As it turns out, the decision was also made as Milan weren’t sure when they would get the rest results from this morning’s Covid tests.

In any case, we will find out for sure when the official XI is announced by the club (unless they decide to keep that private, too). Hopefully, Pioli’s men will come away with all three points from the game.

    1. He was the only one that said they can publish his name. I understand you aren’t smart, but cmon, this is below stupid.

      1. @crorossonero No,he was the first one, other players got positive 2 days later so it’s pretty obvious who bring covid into squad.

@edelman , he was awfull, goalkeeper that sit on line and doesn’t even jump for ball, his long passing was awfull too,he didn’t make a lot of mistakes but he didn’t have much job to do,i think u are the one that don’t watch Milan,or u just don’t understand football. He had a few saves, maybe 2 important saves and that’s all.

        1. @Aborigini
You’re delusional. Clean sheet against Atletico, penalty save against Inter, ratings of 7+ on most games… He did a lot better than anyone would have expected.
The fact that you’re talking about ‘our lord’ says enough. Zero respect for our team, go support another team.

          1. @edelman
he did better than anyone expected because everyone expected 0 0 0 from him ,where did u get that info 7+ every match,u made that ratings and u think it is official

i respect team ,i don’t respect players that got 2 milion per year for nothing

    2. Besides from 1 mistake against Fiorentina, Tatarusanu was one of the most reliable players for Milan when he played. Do you even watch Milan? Or do you only play with the team on a Playstation and look at player ratings?
