The AC Milan store has enjoyed a surge in demand after AC Milan won their 19th Scudetto last season, with record sales recorded.
According to MilanNews, on Monday 23 May – the day after the 3-0 win against Sassuolo to seal the title win – there were record sales in all Milan Stores, even five times higher in terms of total sales compared to those of the previous best day, which was the win over Atalanta the previous week.
In just 24 hours, more than 15 thousand items dedicated to the triumph of the Scudetto were sold, and it is perhaps no surprise that the celebratory black PUMA shirt – as one worn by the players on the day of the parade in the city centre – sold out in a very short time.
Not only did it sell out in all Milan Stores, but it was also entirely snapped up on the German manufacturer’s website with tens of thousands of people trying to buy them.
