MN: Milan to target signings in two more areas after securing impressive triple swoop

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will move on to trying to address two other areas once they have managed to secure a triple swoop in midfield, a report claims.

According to Anto Vitiello’s latest editorial for MilanNews, Milan will soon welcome the signing of Brahim Díaz. The Rossoneri tried to insert an option to buy but in the end, to accelerate negotiations, Milan and Real Madrid instead established a gentleman’s agreement that means they will discuss it at a later date. Relations between Maldini and Real Madrid are excellent and this is a big advantage.

Sandro Tonali meanwhile will join Milan on loan with the option to buy. The timing of the operation by the management was perfect, as Maldini and Massara joined at the right moment and snatched the midfielder from Brescia with an advantageous formula. The difference was made by Tonali, a Milan fan since childhood.

The Rossoneri’s summer transfer campaign will continue with the arrival of Tiemoue Bakayoko, because negotiations with Chelsea are ongoing.

Vitiello adds that Milan will also try to sign a right-back and a centre-back, and that attention should be paid to other surprise additions and in particular end-of-market opportunities.
