AC Milan have been busy in the summer transfer market but with just over three weeks until the window ends, there are still areas that need addressing.
Milan have already completed the signings of Mike Maignan, Fikayo Tomori, Fodé Ballo-Touré, Sandro Tonali, Brahim Diaz and Olivier Giroud, but as MilanNews writes there is still a lot to do. The Rossoneri management are working to give Stefano Pioli a better and more complete squad.
Exits: Mattia Caldara has officially left for Venezia on loan with an option to buy, while Jens Petter Hauge to Eintracht Frankfurt is also expected to become official shortly on a loan with obligation set at around €12m. Andrea Conti should also leave, while Samu Castillejo is also on the market, but to date no concrete proposals and offers have arrived. Tommaso Pobega could depart on loan if another midfielder arrives.
Full-back and midfield: Milan are closing in on signing Alessandro Florenzi from Roma on loan with option to buy which under certain conditions becomes an obligation. For the midfield, Tiemoue Bakayoko of Chelsea and Boubacar Kamara of Marseille are the targets, and both have a deal expiring in June 2022.
Playmaker and winger: Milan will not be able to splash big money on a new attacker but will look for quality with the right economic conditions. For both the attacking midfielder and the winger, the management has a list of 2/3 names to work on, and developments are expected after mid-August.
The name of Josip Ilicic is an option and there is already an agreement in principle with the 33-year-old, but he will only be taken into consideration late in the window.

With Kamara and Ilicic, we are settled. The team is improved in comparison to the last season. Other signings depend on the opportunities.
We really need a creative midfielder. This should be the number 1 target
Yes all these names and failed signing, d does this mean that firstly they have no money and management is second class?
how can it mean that our management is second class as its pretty much just rumours in the media that you and others choose to believe.
Acctualy our are doing well we luke at the stuetion we can’t gate a players without those they are not in action its not easy.
I don’t know why we haven’t considered Nabil Fekhir from Real Betis to replace chalhanoglu. The French international has better shooting, more successful dribbling and more precise when needed. But I fully support getting Ilicic as an additional to Nabil and we should make a move for Rodrigo De Paul from Udinese or Berrardi from Sassuolo (I just hope they haven’t been bought already) . Then we can begin the season in my book. ie. Nabil, Rodrigo and Ilicic
De Paul already signed a 5 year deal with atletico madrid and i believe the betis management previously said that they wanted a rather far fecthed ammount for fekir so i doubt we will see him in milan unless they suddenly has had a change of heart,
