MN: Milan’s attack could be revamped – latest on Calhanoglu and Hauge plus six targets

It seems as though AC Milan’s market revolves around what will happen with Hakan Calhanoglu, according to a report.

MilanNews writes that after having shown Gianluigi Donnarumma the door, Milan will not wait long for Calhanoglu’s response having offered €4m net per season to the playmaker, with the request currently €6m. The line dictated by the owners and the management is clear: the offer will not be raised nor will any kind of pressure from agents be tolerated.

On the left Ante Rebic and Rafael Leao seem set to stay, while Jens Petter Hauge could leave and the Norwegian could come in handy as a counterpart to secure another target. If Calhanoglu does not renew with Milan, the most likely alternatives are Josip Ilicic, Rodrigo De Paul, Matteo Pessina and also Papu Gomez, who would gladly return to Italy after his experience at Sevilla.

There is the renewal of the loan with Brahim Diaz’s Real Madrid to evaluate too as the Rossoneri are pushing for the loan to be extended while the LaLiga side would either like to sell outright or bring him back to base.

Alexis Saelemaekers is a staple in Stefano Pioli’s squad, but Samu Castillejo is not. The Spaniard is on the list of players who can leave, with one between Domenico Berardi of Sassuolo and Jonathan Ikoné of Lille as his potential replacements.
