MN: Milan’s probable XI for Cagliari clash – Leao to start; doubt on the right

By Isak Möller -

After beating Sampdoria comfortably away from home, AC Milan will take on Cagliari at San Siro for the final game of the season. Although fifth place is now out of reach, the Rossoneri will be looking to finish with a win.

Stefano Pioli’s men haven’t lost a single game since the league was resumed, winning eight games and drawing three. Furthermore, they have managed to find the back of the net 32 times, which is very impressive indeed.

According to MilanNews.it, the manager won’t make many changes to the starting eleven for tomorrow’s clash. Ante Rebic is suspended and will be replaced by Rafael Leao, who managed to get on the scoresheet last time out.

Davide Calabria suffered from a minor injury after the game against Sampdoria and should he miss the game, then Alexis Saelemaekers will drop down to the right-back position. For now, though, it seems the Italian will be able to play.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Gabbia, Kjaer, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Leao; Ibrahimovic.
