MN: Mixed news arrives after medical checks – the latest on Ibrahimovic, Calhanoglu and Rebic

By Oliver Fisher -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to miss at least the next two games as he has sustained another muscle problem, according to reports.

According to a report from MilanNews, the Swedish striker – as well as Hakan Calhanoglu and Ante Rebic – underwent check-ups after all three left the field during last night’s win over Roma.

Milan have revealed that Ibrahimovic has suffered a problem with his adductor muscle and will be re-evaluated with an MRI examination in about ten days. The Turkey international, on the other hand, had tests which showed a problem with the medial flexor muscle of the left thigh. His condition will be re-evaluated.

The good news meanwhile is linked to the Croatian striker, who came out with a hip problem but the tests showed that he has no problems and should therefore be back for the game against Udinese on Wednesday night.
