Milan have been very active on the market thus far and there could still be more to come for the Rossoneri, who are looking to bolster the right-wing. However, in order to do so, they need to sell a player.
Samu Castillejo is the current second-choice right-winger and has to leave before Milan can make any concrete moves on the market. Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara simply can’t risk signing a new winger as the Spaniard could end up staying.
According to Antonio Vitiello, Milan have been approached regarding Castillejo but the attempts – from several Spanish teams – have only been for loans. The Rossoneri would like to sell him outright, of course, which makes the situation complicated.
#Milan, per #Castillejo continuano a chiedere informazioni squadre spagnole, ma al momento in prestito. #Ilicic resta un obiettivo per la corsia destra a costi contenuti

As for replacing the former Villarreal man, Josip Ilicic is still an option for the right-wing and is considered a low-cost opportunity by the Milan management. It remains to be seen if they will be able to make a move for the Atalanta man.

If we sign Vlasic and Illic we’ll have nice mix of young talent and experienced leaders with Zlatan, Giroud and Illic.
Scamaca is still my number 1 option for striking position. With isco as my top option for attacking midfielder n Federico benardesci of Juventus is my ideas for right wing
RW: Berardi/ bernadeschi
St: scamacca/colombo (jorge isn’t that quality player)
CAM:brandt/illicic/ziyech
Anyone is better than Castillejo. They could even get Brekalo for a low fee from what I read, he is a great winger.
