Just upgrade Pobega and Adli with Bove/Rovella and Ricci, this year and next year Fofana will come for free if he wants, if not Man Untd if Ugarte doesn’t work out.
Direct swaps can be offered, Roma has 3 CDMs including Bove, creative player like Adli plus 2-3M can benefit both sides. While Torino like Pobega and him plus 10-15M can close the deal fast as well.

Adli/Pobega for Bove/Ricci/Rovella are lateral moves at best not upgrades. Case can be made for maybe Ricci but Bove/Rovella are no better than Adli/Pobega.
We need a DM and they are looking for ball carriers. Its sad, man. I though the whole point of fonesca was to carry the ball via wings and fullbacks.
He is trying to protect the defense. There was a massive gap there last season. I think you may be underestimating how good Fofana is.
Who is trying to protect the defense? If that really was the case we would be looking at players that play in the position of DM not b2b not mezzalas not whatever position Lazar plays (it definitely isn’t DM tho).
I’m not rating fonseca at all, until we’re in January. Unless we play really poorly and keep losing. In that case I’ll rate him cràp!
