MN: ‘Race against time’ – Bologna-Milan postponement once again possible

It was reported that AC Milan’s clash against Bologna could be called off yesterday, and this is being suggested again, with a ‘race against time’ occurring.

By all accounts, it looks like fans will not be present for Milan’s clash against Bologna if it is to occur this weekend. Suggestions were in place that three hypotheses were being looked at, and Paolo Scaroni suggested the same earlier this morning.

Now, though, it looks like the clubs will be at the mercy of time, and it makes it difficult to look away from a postponement. As Milan News writes, with each passing hour with no decision, chances of a postponement grow.

An emergency meeting has taken place with the possibility of playing the game at Como or Empoli’s stadium, but there has been no avail yet, leaving the clubs in a difficult place, because we are almost 24 hours before kick-off with no real information about the game.

A decision should be expected within the next few hours, for the sake of the players if nothing else, but with each decision being analysed, delays would not be a shock, especially considering how the past 24 hours have been.

The race against time is on, and at the moment, there is little to no showing of the placings of each hypothesis.
