MN: Roma defender poised to depart for Milan as details of €5m agreement emerge

By Oliver Fisher -

Alessandro Florenzi is all ready to depart Rome ahead of his move to AC Milan with a final agreement very close, according to a report.

As MilanNews reports, the arrival of Florenzi has been in the pipeline for some days now, and he would guarantee Stefano Pioli a very valid alternative option both in the role of right-back – where he would rotate with Davide Calabria – and in a slightly more advanced position.

The decisive factor for the positive outcome of the negotiations was Florenzi’s desire to move to Milan as he refused several offers to make it happen, and the terms of the deal are as follows: a €1m paid loan, plus a €4m option to buy.

The player is currently all ready with his bags packed and ready to leave for Milan, waiting for the final call before his new adventure begins. We can therefore expect his medical and contract signing before the end of the week.
