MN: Romagnoli to partner Tomori against Benevento with Calabria a game-day decision

By Oliver Fisher -

In just over 24 hours AC Milan will take to the field for the first of five cup finals between now and the end of the season as relegation battlers Benevento visit.

MilanNews have given the latest team news on the even of the game, remarking that the eleven that Stefano Pioli will field against Pippo Inzaghi’s side is becoming more clear as time goes on and there will indeed be changes in defence.

Alessio Romagnoli is ready in place of Simon Kjaer in the centre of defence as the Rossoneri captain will receive a starting spot after some time without, while Davide Calabria – who in the last few hours has sustained some symptoms of fever – will be evaluated tomorrow.

In the event that he cannot make the game, either Pierre Kalulu or Manchester United loanee Diogo Dalot will get the nod to take his place on the right side of defence.
