AC Milan are currently in the process of rejuvenating the attacking department and that could mean Alexis Saelemaekers leaves, according to a report.
As MilanNews writes, the signings of Christian Pulisic and Luka Romero are two clear signs of how Milan are working on the right wing position, with Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal and Gustav Isaksen from Midtjylland two further targets.
It is a strong sign that neither Junior Messias nor Alexis Saelemaekers are seen as being a part of the plans. The Brazilian is wanted by Torino, while Saelemaekers has been informed that he can look for another team if he wants to play more.
The Belgian joined on an initial loan deal from Anderlecht during the 2019-20 season and quickly rose of Stefano Pioli’s hierarchies, but he spent most of the end of last season as the back-up to Messias which shows that he does not have the same trust he once did.
He is still good for back up / rotation player but if he want to leave for playing time then let him go

So I guess it will be Pulisic, Romero and whoever they decide to get in there, sometimes I feel we just should’ve kept Hauge instead of cashing in on him. He could’ve been a backup for both wings.

I’ve felt this way too, high work and athletic enough to get up and down the pitch, his marking is very poor though but hopefully that’s just because he’s been playing as an attacker for the last 4 years…

He is usefull as w balance player in 4-2-3-1 as a back up. For anything more he lacks scoring output. If he wants more or if we play 4-3-3 he should move on.
Hauge was a mediocre player, not particularly pacey or talented. Milan did a very good business buying him for peanuts and selling him after for a good profit
he improved a lot but he’s been a very frustrating player. Some games he dribbles like he’s Messi but cant shoot, Some games he dribbles like Maguire but shoots like Adriano, and some games he’s neither BUT no games he’s been both. He has all the right ingredients but has not been able to put it all together. I like him as a rotation player.
Big mistake. Pulisick will spend a lot of time injured. Saelemaekers showed good improvement last season. Pioli is an idiot.
Stefano Pioli I will suggest we use him on the left wing to support leao let Noah Okafor play Centre forward then either chukwueze or isaksen play right at least saelermakers has improved a lot so let’s compensate him to adapt to left wing as leao deputy

With Calabria’s nack for open field tackles (when he’s not caught flat footed) the RW should stay up to pin back more defenders and stretching the opposition for wide open counters
Samuel chukwu wont coming unless villarreal want to reduce asking price to 20-25m euro . Well AC Milan already target 3 name for DMF : reijnders,yunus and dominques . 2 from that 3 name will coming that will make midfield more defensive . ACM still have the balance maker like krunic too

Average player, but, does well defensively. Milan needs better quality with their aspirations going forward. Isaksen, for me, should be secured first, regardless, of what happens with Chukwueze’s pursuit. If we don’t get him, then, we can make do with Saelemaekers and Isaksen, and, sell Messias. We can still go back for Chukwueze in January. If Milan sign Isaksen, Villarreal will bring their asking price for Chukwueze down. If we have Isaksen and Chukwueze, we can sell Messias and Saelemaekers.
