MN: Traction at last on Milan’s outgoing market as SPAL and Venezia try and close for duo

By Oliver Fisher -

Today has been a day of developments mostly on the outgoing front for AC Milan as two players are close to leaving, a report claims.

While the attention of the fan base and the media is on potential signings to bolster the squad ahead of an exciting season that will mark a return to the Champions League, spots in the squad are needed as well as available funds to finance operations.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, these are important hours for Milan’s outgoing market. Venezia are pushing to sign centre-back Mattia Caldara as the newly-promoted side would like to beat the competition to land the former Atalanta and Juventus man, considering that other requests have also been received by Milan.

For Lorenzo Colombo, the future of the teenage striker should be in Serie B, with SPAL on pole to land him on a season long dry loan spell, as per the report.
