MN: Two Milan players could miss Benevento clash due to flu – the latest XI

By Isak Möller -

Milan will take on Benevento at San Siro tomorrow and following the loss against Lazio, they will need to claim all three points to stay in the Champions League race. However, two players could miss out.

As reported by MilanNews, Simon Kjaer and Davide Calabria trained separately today as they are experiencing flu symptoms. Evaluations will be made tomorrow and the medical staff will make a decision.

The right-back is determined to play the game as he has recently returned from an injury, while the rest could actually come in handy for the centre-back. Either way, the decision will be made tomorrow.

Should they miss out, then Fikayo Tomori and Diogo Dalot will play from the first minute. In other words, Pioli has good alternatives to rely on even though it would be a boost to have the duo available.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Tomori, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.
