MN: Two out of Theo Hernandez, Brahim Diaz and Rebic likely to start vs. Roma

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli should have two key players back in the starting XI for the game against Roma but there are doubts surrounding a winger.

After the crucial victory on Tuesday evening against Torino, the Rossoneri have very little time to rest and enjoy their fantastic start to the league season as they are already thinking ahead to Sunday’s match against Roma. MilanNews confirms the reports stating that 0 despite the rest day granted by Pioli to the team – many players showed up in Milanello anyway.

The first indications suggest that Brahim Diaz and Theo Hernandez should be back in the starting line-up, having recently recovered from Covid. However, there are still doubts about Ante Rebic as the Croatian continues to feel pain in his ankle and even today he worked alone.

If he does not return to training with the rest of the group tomorrow, the chances that he will be able to recover for the match against Roma will diminish.
