MN: What Milan boss Stefano Pioli wants from summer signing Sandro Tonali

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will be looking to deploy Sandro Tonali with more and more confidence over the next few weeks, a report claims.

According to MilanNews, Pioli will expect a lot from Sandro Tonali in the coming months, as after an initial period of adaptation and a bit of time to get up to match fitness, he will now have to start showing why the Rossoneri could end up stumping up €35m for him

He will be asked to start driving play forward as a reliable part of the double pivot, even if Franck Kessie and Ismael Bennacer are untouchable at the moment. There will of course be rotations which will give Tonali plenty of playing time, but eventually the former Brescia man will be asked to start unlocking games just as he did before.

Tonali has already understood everything so far and applied himself before the national teams and will do so when he returns to Milanello.
