CM: Monaco starlet ‘fascinated’ as Milan pitch project to his family and entourage

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have pitched their project to Monaco midfielder Mamadou Coulibaly and are now waiting for his response, a journalist has claimed.

Antonio Vitiello of MilanNews is among the sources that have confirmed the reports that came from La Gazzetta dello Sport who stated that Milan scouts have Mamadou Coulibaly of Monaco’s academy in their sights, who has been compared to Camavinga by many.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Milan are indeed pushing ahead in their attempts to sign the 17-year-old – who is yet to make a senior appearance for the Ligue 1 side – having presented their project to his family and his entourage.

Coulibaly is considered one of the best talents in the world at the moment and that is why there is great competition to sign the teenager, however he was ‘fascinated’ by what was put forward to him. He has not yet decided whether to leave Monaco or not though, with a decision delayed.
