Ruben Amorim had his half-time substitutes to thank for AC Milan’s 2-2 draw against Lazio, as is evident when looking back at the highlights for each.
Diego Moreira for Pervis Estupinan, Yunus Musah for Luka Modric, and Christian Pulisic for Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Those are the three substitutions that completely changed the face of the game, resulting in Milan’s two goals in the second half.

Moreira deserves a little bit more praise as he provided the finishing touch on both goals, especially since they weren’t exactly easy shots either. It’s safe to say that he made up for the poor display against Juventus last week.
Highlights of Moreira, Musah and Pulisic
On X, video compilations have been published for the trio, including all of their actions in the second half at the Olimpico. The fact that Musah managed to build on his positive start was nice to see, and Pulisic certainly returned with a back (these were his first minutes of the season!).
Shoutout to @CompsACM and @LALACMSEA on X for putting these compilations together.

If it was Leao who get those chances he will send all the ball flying to the roof
Let it go, he’s gone. LOL.
Pretty amazing how well Pulisic and Moreira paired together on all these quick give and goes on that left side
Pulisic’s work rate is crazy. all over the field. When you come on at half you can go all out.
Will be very interesting to see Match on Wednesday and who gets nod. Pulisic, Moreira, Hutchinson, Musah, Jashari, and Saelemaekers are all hungry and ready for minutes.
Ramos, Chukwueze, Cisse, Rabiot, Modric, De Winter, Gila, and Pavlovic will likely have some sort of restricted minutes or not even play.
That leaves Gabbia, Bartesaghe, Diawara, and youth in Camarda and Comotto to round out realistic options.
My guess is Amorim will push Starters 60-65 Mins on a short week, and we will have Camarda, Comotto, and deeper squad against Lecce.
