It seems that movement could be on the cards at AC Milan in the near future and it is certainly needed ahead of the World Cup.
Milan have been without structure for a few weeks now and the longer it goes on, the longer they will suffer from it as a result. Of course, it is not a bad thing to take time with the decision. However, you cannot afford to spend too long with it.

After all, there is plenty to do this summer, so decisions must be made shortly. If they are not made, then they will be at a disadvantage for next season.
Moretto on Glasner and Rangnick
The time for action may be soon, though, and Matteo Moretto has strengthened reports that have suggested that movement could be made later this week, as MilanNews relays from his appearance on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel. After all, an offer is waiting for Oliver Glasner already.
“There’s great tension within the Austrian federation: the start of the World Cup is approaching, and Rangnick hasn’t yet given a definitive answer as to whether or not he will continue as Austria’s coach.
“The federation has done and is doing everything to keep Rangnick, to ensure he continues on a very positive path. In the last few hours, the federation president has stated that he wants to keep Rangnick at all costs and that positive negotiations are underway.
“Pröll believes Rangnick will remain with Austria. But his approval is needed.”
Glasner’s arrival…
“There are still some points and pieces that don’t quite add up: he wants certain guarantees, everything in writing, his own men, and no interference. Rangnick is still trying to figure out if Milan can accommodate him; we’ll know very soon if he’s in or out.
“Friday could be very important for AC Milan’s next coach: Glasner is the most likely candidate, but he’s not the only name.”
