Matteo Moretto has provided an update on the latest Mike Maignan rumours, stating that there is nothing to the alleged Juventus interest.
This morning, it was reported by Gazzetta dello Sport that Juve had held talks with Maignan to probe the ground for a potential summer move. The Bianconeri have been linked with him before and are keen on finding a replacement for Michele Di Gregorio.

The goalkeeper, being disappointed by the exits of Massimiliano Allegri and Igli Tare, could indeed consider an adventure elsewhere. Especially if the World Cup ends up being a success, as that surely will attract quite a few clubs.
Juventus rumours denied
When asked about the situation on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, Matteo Moretto basically ruled out a move to Juventus for the Milan star. Indeed, the Bianconeri wanted him as a free transfer but not now, as the Rossoneri will demand a fee.
“Maignan-Juve wasn’t just a rumour before he renewed. In November or December, Juventus had contacted Maignan, offering him a significant contract. Then he renewed with Milan, so in short, there is nothing between Juventus and Maignan today.
“The Bianconeri are not considering top open negotiations with Milan for Maignan. It’s a transfer that would have had to be done on a free formula,” he stated.

Maignan is silly to renew with Milan.
now its no longer in his hand..
Sometimes I have a feeling that these journalist want to really finish us.
Who in the world would want to leave AC Milan to go to Juve and that for free?!
If he wants to leave it will have to be 80+ or stay and warm up the bench if you do not respect Milan.
Lets just get one thing clear here. Maignan last season said he would never join a close competitor of AC Milan in Serie A as the Juve rumors was already a thing last season so unless he actually has had a change of heart its not gonna happen not now nor ever.
