AC Milan are close to selling youngster Marco Nasti to Cremonese this summer but they will attempt to retain a percentage of any future sale.
As reported by Matteo Moretto (via Milan News), the focus at Milan is not all on players arriving, as others must leave to ensure that the wage bill is under control.

Whilst Nasti is certainly not one of the major earners at Milan, any fee that the club can make will help fund other first-team signings like a midfielder.
Nasti spent the previous season on loan at Bari in Serie B and he could be set to continue his career at that level with Cremonese very close to sealing the deal for the forward who is now 20 years old.
There should be new talks between the two clubs next week where the final details can be finalised, but one thing Milan are expected to insist upon is a percentage of any future sale.
This means that if Cremonese sell him in the future, Milan will be owed a percentage of the transfer fee. The assumption from Milan is that Nasti’s value will grow at Cremonese as he gets more experience.
It is reported to be a high percentage but the exact figure is not yet known.
If he was going to be sold why didn’t they just use Jovic more to get him up to speed with the coach’s demands or even Oka4? Well I don’t know what goes on at Milanello so I can’t really say.
