Mundo Deportivo: Man Utd will listen to offers for defender as Milan eye permanent deal

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are interested in signing Diogo Dalot on a permanent deal and Manchester United’s stance may help, according to a report.

Dalot arrived from United on a season-long dry loan during the last summer transfer window, and the general consensus among the fan base and the media is that he has been largely inconsistent, often following up good performances with bad and vice versa.

Nonetheless, there is no doubting that he is a tactically versatile player given that he has played both left-back and right-back this season, and his age suggests that there is some potential room for improvement especially if given more time to adapt to the league.

According to the latest from Mundo Deportivo, United are ready to receive offers for Dalot this summer, with Milan interested in a permanent deal. The 22-year-old full-back is not part of the plans of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who is not going to count on him, so he will listen to offers for the Portuguese.
