Mundo Deportivo: Milan and Real Madrid finally agree €22m deal for 21-year-old

Sources in Italy and now in Spain are in agreement that Brahim Diaz is all set to return to AC Milan in the coming days.

Brahim Diaz had a very good ending to this past season and impressed the Milan management a lot, resulting in further negotiations with Real Madrid. He was especially important towards the end with two goals and one assist in the last four games.

According to the latest from Mundo Deportivo (via MilanNews), Brahim Diaz will continue to play for Milan also in the 2021-22 season as a deal has finally been struck between Rossoneri and Real Madrid.

It will be a one-year loan and Milan will have the option to buy the Spaniard for €22m at the end of it, while Los Blancos have reserved a buy-back clause set at €27m to protect themselves in case he explodes. If they were to exercise it, it would mean Milan make a €5m ‘development fee’ of sorts.
