Mundo Deportivo: Pressure piles on Barcelona as Milan make €10m bid for right-back

AC Milan have made a bid to sign Iván Fresneda and now Barcelona are planning a meeting over the right-back, a report claims.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Fresneda is the man that Barcelona want for the right side of the defence and they have asked him for patience. However, the 18-year-old is unsure about waiting, especially upon reading that Xavi will continue betting on Jules Koundé.

The Blaugrana have other priorities first but talks will start soon to make an offer to Real Valladolid. The player has put Barça above all the other proposals that his representatives handle, but he also wants his future resolving as soon as possible.

Fresneda’s release clause is €20m, while there is also interest from Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal and several other Premier League clubs, but Barça are the option that most appeals to him.

Milan are the most interested rival, although they also have Wilfried Singo on their list too who is at Torino. Nevertheless, the Rossoneri have offered €10m plus bonuses for Fresneda and could soon use the time pressure to their advantage.
