Yunus Musah spoke to the media after Milan’s 2-0 win against Venezia, citing Ruben Amorim’s trust as a key component for his positive performances lately.
Musah was initially expected to leave Milan this summer, but after being tested by Amorim in pre-season, the decision was made to keep him. So far, that has paid off as the American not only performed well against Torino, but also yesterday against Venezia.

Speaking to DAZN after the 2-0 win, as transcribed by MilanNews, Musah shared his thoughts on the performance and why he has been able to perform so much better under Amorim. He cited trust as a key component.
Another win, what are your emotions?
“I feel great. We have a great team with a coach who helps us enter the pitch with clear ideas, and it shows in the end.”

Can you tell us how Amorim tried to get under your skin?
“I think I had two really good seasons here with Pioli, Fonseca, and Conceicao. In the end, we went through a tough time, it was truly tough, but I won’t forget the good times.
“I then went on loan. Now I’m back and I have a coach who trusts me, and I want to continue like this,” he stated.
Above all, Musah has eliminated the silly mistakes that we often saw from him before, looking a lot more composed these days. Two games isn’t the biggest sample size, so we have to wait and see how the season pans out, but it’s been promising so far.

*trustS
Yep that’s a typo, sorted now 🙂
🥳
Against Juventus next week Sunday I want amorim 2 try Musa and rabiot pulisic and cises or salamaker
If Amorim continues to get the error-free best out of Musah this season he’s already a magician.
