For a while now, Napoli have held an interest in him. At first, it was as a replacement for Anguissa, but Antonio Conte is desperate for him and would want him as another option in his squad. As Sky report this morning, though, they are not the only party at the table.
As of this morning, Nottingham Forest are also expressing a ‘strong interest’ in him and could offer around €30 million. The involvement of the Premier League club could drive the price up for the midfielder, even if there is uncertainty about his future and whether he could stay in Rossonero.

depends what Juve is gonna ask for them but I like your idea…. Juve might not want to sell to direct rival. Vlahovic situation is different since they don’t have offers for him from other European clubs and it’s costing them a fortune. If Nottingham is willing to pay 25m€ + then they accept it. They buy Ricci for 23m and Jashari for another 34m€ . It’s big possible Musah will be just bench player and for now I don’t think he will be better then last season. Management need to make some money and I think he will go.

Sounds like Bondo may be heading out on loan. And With Adli and Bennacer also expected to leave, we may be a bit short perhaps. Although Allegri seems to have made a U-turn on his initial Musah assessment, 25m for is probably a good deal to make.
Musah in a one trick pony so far. Collect the ball and bulldoze forward, make a terrible final pass or lose the ball. He needs time to become a better player. Milan don’t seem to have time to develop that in him. So if 25mil+ comes in, they should cash in.
