Indeed, Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports that New York City are more than considering a move for Pulisic. In fact, a ‘very rich and tempting’ offer is being prepared currently for submission after the World Cup to ‘ride the wave of enthusiasm’.
Whether Pulisic would consider the move is something in itself. However, Milan are likely to shut down any pursuits of their star winger, with Gerry Cardinale seeing him as pivotal to the project.
Offer us 70-80 mil and I would be willing to listen to an offer but I highly doubt that an American club would even offer half of that sort of sums.

I was about to say that American clubs probably hadn’t paid more than 20-25 mil for a player before but JesusMaximus already posted some numbers. Seems highly unlikely to get surpassed 3 times if those numbers holds up to scrutiny as I’m a bit to lazy currently looking them up.
Their biggest purchase was just recently. Son from Tottenham, 26.5M usd. That is why I know, I still don’t understand why did he go there so I was checking the fees and the story when it happened.

No way, Jerry wants to ride on the world cup too, it was his idea first. No wonder why Pulisic “captain America” is a key player for Jerry. Furlani said he was brought for commercial reasons. The whole club is crumbling but Jerry is sticking to the plan. Sell whatever sht the club is doing to rich Americans or Australians. And bring cheerleaders and NBA to Italian cavemen so they start to spend more in entertainment, it’s time to remember panem et circenses.
don’t think he’s ready to wind down his career in the MLS. but I am worried about him being able to to string together four or five matches without an injury.
