There have been contacts in recent days, and it’s possible an offer to Milan could soon be sent. This will likely be clear in the early days of next week.
Musah hasn’t had an easy summer: his condition is constantly evolving. He’s already been close to joining Napoli (who are yet to sign a midfielder, and have been linked again) for a deal that would have brought Milan €25m.
Nothing came of it, and the American enjoyed Massimiliano Allegri’s trust on tour, testing him both as a full-back and as a midfielder and starting him in midfield from the start against Arsenal.
There are two options: staying at Milan or going on loan. Several English clubs have been inquiring week after week, but no one has made a decision yet.
Will Milan let him go or keep him with Allegri? It will depend on the type of offer that arrives and how things develop with Ardon Jashari.

The fact that Conte sees potential in him to the tune of 25mil should be a warning sign that there’s a player there. I just don’t know if Allegri is the man to bring it out of him.

They can easily pay 25-30 million if they wanted him. PL clubs have money.
So their interest is in case some other players don’t come I guess.
A mid or bottom half table team in PL might suit Musah better.

No he can’t – he is just not good. People want Milan to get back to being a winning side and then plead not to sell a player who can’t dribble, can’t score and just runs around like chicken with head cut off.

Signing players like Musah, Chucky and Emerson give me very little faith in our scouting.
How come Brugges and others can year on year find great young talents for small money but we can’t.

Musah has made mistakes during his time at Valencia and also with Milan. Does that mean we should be quick to sell him? No. He is absolutely not our worse player. I rather Leao be sold than musah. With Musah, he is ready and willing to run for the team. He has an exceptional attitude. He may not be a leader but I am sure that Leao is not captain material because he still walks around the pitch as if everyone should play for him. Its a disgusting attitude and poor leadership. He should have been sold instead of tijji. I quicker sell him over Musah. With the right coaching, clear instruction, musah would be great.
Ok; hear me out… I swear excepting the one:two (on average) brain fart per game that he commits in possession turnover, there is a player in there somewhere who can grow into something special. It all depends on how he is developed in the next year or so and who he plays under. He’s only 22 and doesn’t lack confidence on the ball, which needs to be tempered by better decision making but if Conte wants him so bad then I would rather keep him one season under Max before a decision is made. If Allegri can’t mould him then I doubt Conte will want him this time next year. The clown show that was last year’s coaching staff precludes an objective determination of young players development so a baseline should be set after one season under Max in my humble opinion.
