Official: 2021-22 Coppa Italia brackets drawn – who is on Milan’s side

The brackets for the 2021-22 edition of the Coppa Italia have been confirmed today, and AC Milan could face rivals Inter in the semi-finals.

In this edition of the competition there are teams from Serie A, Serie B and four from Serie C. Milan will enter the competition at the Round of 16 stage, and Stefano Pioli’s team could face either Genoa and Salernitana, before eventually potentially challenging Lazio in the quarter-finals.

In the semi-final there is the possibility of playing against Inter or Roma depending on how previous reports go. Regarding the dates, Milan will play their first game in the last 16 on Wednesday 12 January 2022 and the return leg on Wednesday 19 January.

The quarter-finals, on the other hand, are a one-off game on 9 February. The semi-finals have the first leg on March 2nd and the return leg on April 20th. The final is scheduled for Wednesday 11 May at the Stadio Olimpico in Roma.
