Official: AC Milan partner with Kraft Analytics Group to improve fan engagement

AC Milan have announced a ‘groundbreaking partnership’ with the Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR) which will help them engage more with fans.

As stated on the official website, Milan have teamed up with KAGR who are a leader in data and analytics in the sports and entertainment industry. The club will use their expertise and data-first approach to evolve their consumer understanding and ‘create a new gold standard in European football’.

Milan are getting ready to celebrate their 125th Anniversary, so this partnership will allow them to ‘better know and engage with their fans’ using KAGR’s experience growing some of the most fan-focused professional sports leagues and clubs in the world.

Milan and KAGR will join forces on a comprehensive data and analytics initiative to enhance and extend fan engagement, drive fan experience, whilst also unlocking new revenue streams.

Milan are aiming to set a new standard for fan engagement in European football, leveraging insights to optimise fan experiences and drive business growth through global retail and brand sponsorships, expanding the consumer retail business, creating new match-day experiences, and providing additional premium and hospitality products.

The partnership will provide AC Milan with enhanced data insights to better target fans with individualised experiences and relationships, as well as grow demand and expand its international reach, including within the United States market.

The first team are getting ready to leave for the United States and KAGR will work to support efforts on the upcoming tour to grow a following already 40 million strong backing in that particular market.

  1. For the fans It would be better to build a team, wich can bring the 2. star home in this season. But it looks like AC Milan will loose the title in the first month!
