AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has decided to field a three-man defence for the Coppa Italia round of 16 clash against Torino.
Ciprian Tatarusanu has been chosen as the goalkeeper while Mike Maignan continues to recover from his calf injury, with a three-man defence consisting of Pierre Kalulu, Matteo Gabbia and Fikayo Tomori from right to left.
Alexis Saelemaekers and Sergino Dest are the right and left wing-backs respectively, with Aster Vranckx, Sandro Tonali and Tommaso Pobega the central midfield trio.
Charles De Ketelaere and Brahim Diaz have been picked as the front two, with the likes of Davide Calabria, Ismael Bennacer, Olivier Giroud, Rafael Leao and Theo Hernandez on the bench.

good choice on formation but weak points will be dest on the left, and CDK and Diaz up top… otherwise the organization seems good for our team
Oh man, this is going to be a rough one to watch. Milan should be trying to win the Coppa Italia. It may be the only trophy they can win this seson.
Watched most of the first half and honestly, our build up play sucks without Bennacer, Leao, or Giroud to hold the ball and allow others to get into good positions. Another reason might be that CDK lacks intensity which makes the defenders perceive him less of a threat so he can’t draw them out of play.
Wow, we are in a very bad shape now. Lossing against a weak team at home with ten men is just horrible. We can thank managment for that. Horrible signings in the summer. Young or not just horrible. Regular time before regulars came on, it was just a scappy play. Cdk upfront useless. Midfield, loose passes. Then regulars came one, just couldnt see them break through the defense. Although, u could see the difference in talent, again after diaz left no am on the field. Maldini’s blunder was just lost. Again hopefully we can finish top 4. We are horrible at the moment. Fact is we’ve been that way before the break.
