Official: AC Milan vs. Torino starting XIs – Pioli chooses three-man defence

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has decided to field a three-man defence for the Coppa Italia round of 16 clash against Torino.

Ciprian Tatarusanu has been chosen as the goalkeeper while Mike Maignan continues to recover from his calf injury, with a three-man defence consisting of Pierre Kalulu, Matteo Gabbia and Fikayo Tomori from right to left.

Alexis Saelemaekers and Sergino Dest are the right and left wing-backs respectively, with Aster Vranckx, Sandro Tonali and Tommaso Pobega the central midfield trio.

Charles De Ketelaere and Brahim Diaz have been picked as the front two, with the likes of Davide Calabria, Ismael Bennacer, Olivier Giroud, Rafael Leao and Theo Hernandez on the bench.
