AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has made a number of changes to the starting line-up to face Inter compared to the team that drew with Sassuolo in midweek.
Compared to the game against Sassuolo, the Rossoneri will field quite a different XI after the rotations that Pioli made. Davide Calabria and Pierre Kalulu will be back from start at the back alongside Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez.
Ismael Bennacer will be joined by Sandro Tonali in the midfield double pivot, while Junior Messias gets the nod to start on the right wing and Rafael Leao will be on the left.
Charles De Ketelaere will get the chance from the first minute, and Olivier Giroud will start up front after he netted a brace to win the last league derby.
