Official: AC Milan vs. Lazio starting XIs – quartet to make their first starts of the season

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has made three changes to the starting XI to face Lazio compared to the team that beat Cagliari 4-1.

The goalkeeper Mike Maignan is protected by a back four of Davide Calabria, Fikayo Tomori, Theo Hernandez and Alessio Romagnoli, who will make his first start of the season with Simon Kjaer rested.

Sandro Tonali keeps his starting spot, with Franck Kessie coming in to partner him having fully recovered from a muscle problem. Alexis Saelemaekers has been rested so boyhood Roma fan Alessandro Florenzi starts on the right wing, with Brahim Diaz and Rafael Leao completing the trident behind striker Ante Rebic.
