The clubs announced earlier today that an agreement had been reached for the permanent transfer of Antonelli, although no transfer fee was disclosed. The Italian has signed a three-year deal with his new club.
“AC Milan announces that it sold the rights to the soccer performances of Luca Antonelli to Empoli FC,” Milan’s statement read.
Empoli confirmed the deal through their official twitter page, welcoming the left-back to the club.
