AC Milan have confirmed that Kevin Zeroli completed a deadline day switch to FC Südtirol, who play in Serie B.
Zeroli spent the first half of last season back on loan with Monza, but it was terminated six months in advance. He would then reunite with Ignazio Abate at Juve Stabia, having a more positive conclusion to the campaign.

There was some speculation that he might get a look from Ruben Amorim in the preseason training camp. However, the Italian was sent to train with Milan Futuro which made it clear that he is not an immediate part of the plans.
It was reported that Milan are looking at renewing Zeroli to avoid a repeat of the Mattia Liberali situation, but in the end nothing came of that (for now) and a loan deal was completed yesterday.
Milan have now confirmed Zeroli’s departure on their official website, confirming that it could become a permanent exit for the young midfielder.
“AC Milan can confirm that Kevin Zeroli has joined FC Südtirol on loan, and the Tyrolean side will have an option to make the deal permanent.
“The Club would like to thank Kevin for the professionalism he has shown and wishes him all the best for the remainder of the season.”
FC Sudtirol meanwhile write: “Kevin Zeroli is a new addition to FC Südtirol. The club has reached an agreement with AC Milan for a temporary transfer of his player rights until June 30, 2027, with an option to buy.”
At 21, he should have made the step up from being a star to youth football to the main league. He hasn’t.
Ugh, another good academy product simply let go. The Sudtirol DS is not much older than Zeroli, lol.
How you know is another “good” academy product? Are you at Milan watching him train and play every day? He is 21 and is going to Serie B which indicates he isn’t all that good.
21 at serie b is not that bad.. maybe his progress is slow.. given that player peak age is between 25-29 or even 30 he still has a long way to go.. I remember ambrosini going on loan every year before at some point back to milan.
What? Ambrosini spent only one season on loan, he even played for us in his first seasons despite being very young. You must have mistaken him for someone else.
