Official: Milan provide update on ticket sales ahead of 2021/22 Serie A season

Milan are gearing up for the upcoming season and will take on a few teams as part of their pre-season campaign. The schedule of the Serie A 2021/22 season was revealed yesterday, which you can read about here

The Rossoneri fans are eager to see the team back on the pitch and above all, live at the San Siro, not in front of the TV. Therefore, some questions emerged regarding this when the fixture list was published yesterday.

On their official website, Milan have provided an update on the ticket sales for the upcoming season, stating that it will depend on the official authorities. In other words, we will have to wait a bit longer for more information.

“We can announce to fans that the sale of tickets for AC Milan’s home games will take place exclusively after receipt of official authorisation and regulations from the relevant governing bodies.

“Following the release of our 2021/22 Serie A calendar, fans are informed that the sale of tickets for AC Milan’s home games will take place exclusively after receipt of official authorisation and regulations from the relevant governing bodies. The Club will take care to inform fans via the official AC Milan channels,” the statement read.

The Serie A clubs are reportedly pushing for a scenario where the fully vaccinated will be allowed into the stadiums, as it (hopefully) would guarantee safety and wouldn’t increase the spread of COVID-19.
