Official: AC Milan’s squad for the first pre-season training session

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan will begin their pre-season at 11:15 CEST this morning and many fans have gathered at Milanello. The Rossoneri have now also released the squad list for today’s training session.

There are some players that are expected to leave the club this summer, such as Samu Castillejo, but the recent mercato delays mean they have been called up today. This is only positive for Stefano Pioli, given that some of the stars still have vacation.

The players that took part in international duty last month have been granted a longer vacation and thus aren’t present. Divock Origi, who has completed his move to the club, will be at Milanello tomorrow and not today.

Goalkeepers
Jungdal – Tatarusanu – Mirante

Defenders
Coubis – Bartesaghi – Gabbia – Incorvaia – Michelis – Nsiala – Stanga – Kjaer – Caldara

Midfielders
Pobega – Brescianini – Adli – Eletu – Bakayoko – Gala

Forwards
Castillejo – Diaz – El Hilali – Maldini – Rebic – Roback – Traorè

Olivier Giroud, who was meant to be there today, has been granted an extra day of vacation. Milan will live stream the training session on their official channels so make sure to keep an eye out if you want to see the players in action.

  1. Well I couldn’t be at the grounds of Milanello but I’m already glued to the AC Milan YouTube channel. I’m very interested in seeing Roback and Traore this preseason.
