Tommaso Pobega will not be available for AC Milan’s game against Lecce tomorrow after suffering a rib fracture in training. This was confirmed by the club and the midfielder could be out for some weeks.
The midfielder hasn’t had much luck this season, first struggling to get playing time and then as soon as he starts to gain some form, he’s out again. As was confirmed by Milan to the media, he did indeed suffer a compound rib fracture in training.
He will certainly miss out tomorrow, therefore, and it looks like he could have to rest for about a month or possibly even two. In short, it’s a big blow for Pobega who had just gained some momentum with the goal against Bologna.
The likes of Rade Krunic and Sandro Tonali will start in the midfield tomorrow, with Ismael Bennacer getting some rest after an exhausting display vs. Napoli. Pobega’s injury could open the door for Aster Vranckx to get more playing time.
Fvck, our old bad luck has already starting to show up once more…
Dang feel sorry for him especially after he played well and scored a goal against Bologna
Damn, that’s gotta hurt. Hope for a speedy recovery!
Dude plays out of control…
