AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has not made a single change to the starting line-up for the game against Sassuolo compared to the team that beat Atalanta on Sunday.
Milan need one point from their game against the Neroverdi to be crowned champions, and Pioli has kept his trust in the same XI from the last two league games against Hellas Verona and Atalanta, which resulted in crucial 3-1 and 2-0 wins respectively.
Mike Maignan will be in goal again with Davide Calabria, Pierre Kalulu, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez as the back four ahead of him. Then, a double pivot of Sandro Tonali and Franck Kessie has been chosen again, with Ismael Bennacer on the bench.
Alexis Saelemaekers has been picked to start over Alexis Saelemaekers on the right wing with Rafael Leao on the opposite left flank. Rade Krunic is the playmaker behind the centre-forward Olivier Giroud.
Official Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Tomori, Hernandez; Kessie, Tonali; Saelemaekers, Krunic, Leao; Giroud.
Bench: Mirante, Tătărușanu; Ballo-Touré, Florenzi, Gabbia, Romagnoli; Bakayoko, Bennacer, Díaz, Messias; Ibrahimović, Rebić.
