Following the clash between AC Milan and Lazio, which the former won 2-0, Noah Okafor spoke to the media about his performance. The Swiss international scored the final goal of the game, bagging his second of the season.
Okafor came off the bench in the 70th minute, replacing Olivier Giroud who had a tough evening against the Lazio defenders. 18 minutes later, the former Salzburg got on the scoresheet for the second game in a row with a tap-in.
Speaking to MilanTV afterwards (see video below), Okafro shared his thoughts on the important win as well as his goal.
On the win…
“I feel really amazing, I’m happy to get another goal but I’m more happy with the three points. We have a really good atmosphere in the team, we worked very hard and I think it was a deserved three points.
On Lazio…
“I think Lazio are a good team, we had to keep the ball in control and we needed confidence. We knew that it wasn’t going to be an easy game, but like I said before it was a deserved win and we will go again on Wednesday.
